The Secretariat-General of the Presidency of the Councill of Ministers (SGPCM)’s mission is to ensure and coordinate the legal, informative, and administrative support given to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), ensuring inspections and audits via appraising the legal and regular nature of the acts by the PCM’s services and bodies, or those under the tutelage of the members of Government integrated in the PCM, as well as assessing its management and outcomes through the technical, performance, and financial audit control.
The Secretariat-General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (SGPCM) is a central service under the remit of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers with administrative autonomy and which falls under the Prime Minister directly, or a member of Government appointed by them.
