“Bem-Me-Quer” Project (Do Me Good)

The aim of the “Bem-Me-Quer” project is to combine the various stages of the people at the SGPCM’s life cycle through a holistic and dynamic approach, from the time of recruitment to their transformation and acknowledgement as part of a culture of lifelong learning, as well as well-being and satisfaction.

Another aim, in addition to the feeling of belonging, is to offer the tools to use for the public good during the employee’s career within public administration.
