The Secretariat-General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (SGPCM), as a state body, is aware of its importance in its workers’ lives. The SGPCM wishes to contribute to its people’s well-being and satisfaction through the creation of in-house policies and practices that enable a work/life balance. The aim of these initiatives is to foster working conditions that favour individual satisfaction, investing in the professional and personal enhancement and development of all its people.

The SGPCM is present in the various stages of tis workers’ professional life cycle, following and integrating its people, from the moment they arrive until they are integrated in their unt, through several programmes and mechanisms that contribute to this end.
